Here at Paus X Monster, we strive to provide delivery services as best as we possibly can. However, if you have any issues with your order, we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue.
In the event that an order has been delivered incorrectly:
Contact us immediately, providing your order number and a photo of the delivered goods. Paus X Monster will replace the order with the correct one at no extra cost.
You have up to 3 days from the date of purchase to contact us with an incorrect delivery.
In the event that an order was damaged in transit:
Contact us immediately providing your order number and a photo of the delivered damaged goods. Paus X Monster will arrange to replace the items as soon as possible. If for whatever reason we are unable to replace the items, we will refund the price to you via store credit.
You have up to 3 days from the date of purchase to contact us with a damaged delivery.
Please note that we reserve the right to consider the eligibility of each return or refund on a case by case basis.
